Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

Hotel is providing a pick up and drop off service for guests on check in and check out date as a complimentary between Lipe Pier and Hotel.
Once guests arrive at Lipe there will be hotel's staff waiting to pick the guests up from the pier (wearing the blue shirt while holding the hotel sign).
If the guests can not find hotel's staff, they can contact the hotel. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Know Before You Go
• Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 24 December.
• A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 31 December.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
