1 June 2025 – 30 September 2025, subject to change. Rooms are upgraded floor by floor. All arrivals or departures and the breakfast venue remain unchanged till 31 July 2025. There will be no effects on any new arrivals or in-house guests till 31 July 2025. From 3 August 2025 till completion of upgrades, all arrivals or departures and the breakfast venue will be temporarily relocated to the residence building.
3 August 2025 – Mid of October 2025, subject to change. Lobby and Coffee House will be closed for massive renovation. From 15 August 2025 – October 2025, ballrooms will be closed for renovation. From 3 August 2025 till completion of upgrades, all arrivals and departures and the breakfast venue will be temporarily relocated to the residence building.
The above are parts of the strategic initiative to elevate the guest experience and align with our rebranding to Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang, effective from 1 October 2025. The hotel is still operating as usual and accepts all bookings during renovation. Minimal disturbance during the renovation is expected.
