In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

The name of the credit card holder must match the name of the guest who made the reservation. Please note that the credit card must be presented at check-in. Credit card details are needed as a deposit.
For longer stays, parking is available at an additional cost. Parking is guaranteed only on the days of the booked stay.
If guests arrive later than the booked date, the room cannot be guaranteed for subsequent days of the stay.
Air conditioning is only available in summer.
