NEW: Environmental Tax
In accordance with the new legislation effective 01.01.2025, an Environmental Tax applies to all hotel stays in Greece.
• This tax is already included in the displayed hotel rates for full transparency.
• However, please note that the Environmental Tax will be paid separately by guests upon arrival or departure, as required by law.
• A detailed breakdown of the rate, including the Environmental Tax, will be clearly presented in the subsequent steps of the booking process.
Pet Policy
• Koukoumi Vegan Hotel is pet friendly and welcomes small pets up to 10 kg.
• For your pet’s comfort, we provide a pet pillow as well as food and water bowls.
• An additional fee of 20€ per day applies, which covers these amenities and extra housekeeping.
Booking Modifications and Upgrade Policy
Any request for an upgrade or modification of an existing reservation (including room type, board basis, dates, or additional services) is subject to availability at the time of the request.
If approved, changes will be made according to the rates, pricing rules, and terms applicable at the time of the original booking, and not based on the current rates at the time of the modification request.
All modifications must be confirmed in writing by the property to be considered valid.
Rate Protection and Price Finality Policy
The total amount of the booking is determined and fixed at the time the reservation is made. This amount remains final and is not subject to alteration under any circumstances. The hotel will not revise the confirmed price, and guests are not entitled to request any modification of the agreed amount.
