The shuttle bus departs from Terminals 2B and 2D, departure level. Follow the Roissy bus exit signs, just behind Carl's Jr. This collection point is set by the airport administration. It is forbidden to stop the vehicle outside this point.

The transfer is carried out by a black minibus with a large red letter "M" on board. Please note that the shuttle service is not available from 23:15 to 06:00. The bus does not run to Terminals 1 and 3.
No booking is required from the airport — just wait at the designated point. If guests have any difficulties, please contact the reception.
From Terminals 1 and 3, take the CDGVAL train to Terminal 2.
From Terminals 2E and 2F, walk to Terminals 2B / 2D.
The transfer waiting time is approximate and may vary depending on the road and weather situation.
The maximum number of passengers is 8 people, the service is subject to availability.
For a transfer from the hotel to the airport, reservations are made at the front desk upon check-in, subject to availability. Disembarkation is carried out at the same point where the landing takes place.
The shuttle service is not wheelchair accessible. If guests need special transportation, please inform us by email after confirming the reservation in order to arrange a suitable transfer.
