Front desk opening hours 07:00 - 21:00.
In case of arrival after 09:00 РМ, you must contact the hotel 24 hours before arrival. Guests receive a key card code upon entry. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
A buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:00 АМ to 10:00 АМ. On Sundays and holidays until 11:00 АМ.
With a guest card you can use the following services at no additional cost:
Free use of public transport in the TransReno tariff network, zone 1 (class 2). Not valid for bicycles or dogs. Valid after registration.
Free entry to Obere Au's indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Free entry to three cantonal museums - Raetian Museum, Grisons Museum of Natural History, Grisons Art Museum.
Cour-Brambruche cable cars: 50% for pedestrians, 25% for cyclists.
Instructions upon arrival:
You need to go straight to Bahnhofstrasse, at the next traffic light cross the road to Poststrasse.
The entrance is on the other side of the building; you need to turn left onto Bankstrasse.
Hotel guests can drive through the pedestrian zone to the hotel entrance at any time. It is located at the back of the building.
Recommendation: set the GPS to pedestrian mode.
You must remain in front of the large Hotel Post sign right outside the hotel entrance during arrival or departure, for a maximum of 10 minutes.
From 07:00 РМ to 08:00 РМ on the Reichsgasse, outside the park and Karlihof square, parking is possible free of charge with a special permission from the hotel. In addition, spaces in the Coop Quader garage can be purchased at the reception with a special exit ticket costing CHF 12.00 instead of CHF 18.00 per night, departure.
