Rustic Retreat Esperance

Please note that Rustic Retreat Esperance requires a AUD 200 bond with the balance payment at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
The bond will be refunded upon inspection of the property once vacated. The bond will be credited into a stated bank account or refunded onto a credit card within 24 hours of departure.
Any damage caused by the persons of occupancy being malicious or accidental, excess cleaning required caused due to misuse of the property or its items, theft of goods, fire or water damage, damage or loss of keys provided will incur a fee charged from the bond deposit.
Please note that Rustic Retreat Esperance has no reception. Keys will be provided in a security lock box situated at the property. Please provide your mobile number at the time of booking so that the code can be provided via text 24 hours prior to arrival.
Please note that pets are allowed on request and by prior arrangement, however cannot be allowed inside the house.
