The Lounge will become fully activated on a daily basis and is family friendly, the nightly entertainment show will move there and there will be a games room.
Sunset Pool will be open for swimming until 09:00 PM and the bar there is open until 10:00 PM as another family friendly area.
The hotel offers an airport pick-up service (additional charges may apply). Guests must communicate their arrival 48 hours prior to arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Extra bed for children under 12 years old: USD 42.00 per day. Extra bed is only available in One Bedroom Villa rooms.

Dubai Shuttle: Every Monday – Wednesday – Saturday, departs from the hotel at 13:30, departs from the Dubai Mall at 21:00. Cost: AED 120.00 for adults and AED 95.00 for children aged 4-12 years (incl. tax) per person, return. Reservations are required for travel to the Dubai Mall.
