Lebanese Terrace is temporarily closed from 17.02.2026 until the end of Ramadan.
Vendôme will remain open but will only close for dinner from 22.02.2026 until the end of Ramadan. As an alternative to dining at Vendôme, guests with additional meals will be able to enjoy a snack at the Ramadan Tent – Majlis by the Sea. There will be an iftar buffet in the tent.
It is recommended to sign up for Iftar in advance. Buggy transport will be arranged for all guests to provide convenient access to the Ramadan tent.
In addition to the above, all other 10 restaurants and bars will continue to operate as usual.
Effective 01 November 2025, Sand&Koal Restaurant will no longer be included in the Half Board dining options due to operational reasons. Guests on a Half Board meal plan will no longer be able to dine at Sand&Koal, even with an additional supplement.
A physical identification document (passport or Emirates ID) is required at check-in. Please note that digital copies will not be accepted.
As of the 1st of February 2025 the EP Club will be operating from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. The regular meal period timing will remain as below.
Champagne breakfast from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Delectable afternoon tea from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM.
Spread of hors d’oeuvres and cocktails from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM.

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per adult: AED 5000.00. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner per child from 4 to 11 years old: AED 2500.00.
Concert for new year is mandatory and the price is AED 6000.00 per person.

Depending on the capacity of the room booked, children up to the age of 13 can stay free of charge in additional beds.

The lazy river and slides in the Mandarin pool operate according to a set schedule every day, including holidays:
Open: 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM;
Closed: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM;
Open: 12:45 PM – sunset.
The amount of deposit may vary and depends on the room category booked. Deposit for Suite category is AED 2000.00, deposit for Deluxe category is AED 1000.00.
Café Fountain officially opened on October 13, 2025. Hours: Daily from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
À la Carte menu: updated and expanded selection. Sweet Moments concept: signature desserts carefully paired with classic teas and coffees.
Entertainment program: 5 days a week from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM, guests can enjoy live performances by qanun and oud players.
