In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, guests should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Stag and hen, student or party groups are not permitted. A refundable deposit payable in cash upon arrival will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit, if they feel reservations that are booked separately are part of a wider group. This deposit will not apply to individual families or couples. The deposit amount will be refunded at check-out at the discretion of the hotel based on conduct at the hotel during the stay.
Minimum age allowed to check-in without parents or legal guardian is 21 years old.

During the reception´s closing time all phone calls will be forwarded to an emergency number. All clients must inform the estimated arrival time upon booking is made.
City tax: A tax will be applied to guests aged 13 or over as follows (charged directly by hotel):
a) from November to March: no charges
b) from April to October: EUR 2.00 per night/person, to a maximum of EUR 14.00 per person per stay.
The 3 Bedroom Villas can accommodate up to 7 people. The ground floor consists of a Kitchen, a living room with two sofa beds and 1 watercloset. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms — 1 with bathtub with shower and toilet and another with shower only.
