Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.

The saltwater pool, the entire main beach, two retreats, and the reserve will be upgraded and refurbished too.
The Chaica’s kids club will be moved to near the Al Feetean’s teen's club to create more fun for children and added ease for parents.
Six Senses Zighy Bay Resort is located away from the mainland of Oman with only access from Dubai-two hours drive. Hence, no Oman visa is required, but border passes are arranged instead. As per the local government regulations, a border pass is required for all visitor to cross the Dibba Check point (Corniche border between UAE and this part of Oman).
The resort officer will submit the documents to the police for approval 4 days in advance before the arrival date. Late submission will result in police’s rejection, and the border crossing will be impossible. Please note, the border pass a compulsory requirement to cross Dibba border. It is the official entry document by which travellers are adminstered as temporary visitors to Dibba Oman /Zighy Bay(as Dibba border is not an officail border, passport control).

UAE Resident Visa holders are required to send us the passport photo page and a color copy of the UAE Resident Visa page. Guests are required to carry a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and an Emirates ID valid for at least 3 months from the date of travel.
Persons on UAE visit / Tourist visa are required to send the passport page with photo in color.
GCC nationalities do not require border pass.
Guest passport or ID will be required at the hotel.
Guests will not be able to get to the hotel from Dubai by taxi.
