You must cancel at least 14 days in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
If cancelling at least 8 days in advance, the Emmet Hotel will charge you 50% of the total cost.
If cancelling 7 days in advance (or fewer), the Emmet Hotel will charge you 100% of the total cost.
Reception is open until 9:00 PM. If the guest is late, they should inform the hotel so that a key can be left outside in a lockbox to help them access hotel.
