Due to a minor structural problem at the stadium of the Landmar Costa los Gigantes Family Resort Hotel, it is planned to renovate it. Taking advantage of this opportunity, a complete reconstruction will be carried out and the territory allocated for a mini-club, which is located next to the park and cannot be used during this period, will be landscaped.

The complete replacement of the football field with a new, more modern and functional facility.
Reconstruction of the mini-club area with the installation of a wooden gazebo and a large number of shaded areas.
Splash Park maintenance: painting the entire floor with a new layer of anti-slip paint.
All these works will be carried out after the summer period.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Noise level: low. Noisy equipment will not be used.
Visual impact: The area will be fenced to minimize visual impact.
In order to continue entertaining guests, several air mattresses will be installed in the sports area of the hotel. In addition, all children's activities will be moved to the indoor mini club of the hotel, located on the 1st floor of the main building. Thus, it is guaranteed that no services will be interrupted during the implementation of the project.
