According to the new law, under the All-inclusive system a hotel can offer a guest a maximum of 3 alcoholic drinks per day.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 18:00.
The pool is open from May 15th until October 15th from 11:00 AM until 07:00 PM. It is closed for the rest of the days and months. Dates are approximate and may change without prior notice.
The reception is automated. All guests must send an email to the hotel to provide their email address. This will allow the hotel to contact them for online check-in.
Early check-in is available upon request and confirmation from the hotel, from 11:00, at a cost of EUR 35.00.
Late check-out is available upon request and confirmation from the hotel, until 14:00, at a cost of EUR 35.00.
The deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, after verifying that the room has been left in good condition.
If any damage or inappropriate behavior is found, a detailed report will be provided, and if necessary, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the difference will be requested.
Fines for violating the regulations
The following fines are established:
- Very serious offenses: Fines from EUR 40,000 to EUR 400,000;
- Serious offenses: Fines from EUR 4,000 to EUR 40,000;
- Minor offenses: Fines from EUR 1,000 to EUR 4,000.
These violations include behaviors such as "balconing", drinking alcohol in public spaces where it is not allowed, and other actions that disrupt the peace and safety of the establishment.
