The Wild Wadi Waterpark™ is temporarily closed until further notice. Individual locations and facilities may be temporarily closed or operate on a modified schedule without prior notice, depending on the occupancy rate.
The hotel has opened a completely renovated kids' club, now operating under the new name Jumeirah Circle. The updated space includes themed activity areas, a refreshed interior, dedicated workshops, and enhanced security systems.
Hours: daily, 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. The club is suitable for children aged 4 to 12. Children under 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children can enjoy: interactive educational games, reading sessions, STEM workshops, outdoor play, seasonal themed events, daily programs and paid workshops, an outdoor cinema area from December 1st, themed play and entertainment areas, a dedicated workshop room, enhanced learning areas, relaxation areas, child-friendly furniture, safe access points, and separate restrooms.
The deposit can be made in cash or by card.
The city tax is indicated per bedroom. The city tax of AED 20.00, AED 40.00 or AED 60.00 per room is required and varies depending on the room type. One-bedroom room — AED 20.00, two-bedroom room — AED 40.00, three-bedroom room — AED 60.00.
Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee.

The type of bed in a room is never guaranteed in advance and is determined upon guest arrival, depending on hotel availability at the time of arrival.
The hotel has opened a renovated family pool. The pool now offers a child-friendly environment. The pool deck and improved surfaces have been carefully designed to ensure increased comfort and safety. In addition to the pool itself, the surrounding landscaping has been enhanced. Guests will find updated flooring, expanded seating areas, and new landscaping.
Family pool hours: daily, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Children are encouraged to use the shallow water areas.
Access is complimentary for hotel guests and club members. Lifeguards are on duty around the clock. Towels and toiletries are conveniently available at the family pool counter.
This is an update regarding the planned pool uplift scheduled from Monday, 1 June to Monday, 31 August 2026. Jumeirah Beach Hotel will continue to enhance the pool following the recent improvements to Jumeirah Circle kids’ club and the Family Pool.

Kitchen Connection will feature updated interiors, an improved terrace, and a newly repositioned bar.
The Club Lounge will be upgraded with dining and social spaces for adults and children alike. During the renovation work, breakfast will be served in the Safinah Ballroom, while Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour will be available in the Pearl Lounge.
In addition, Wild Wadi Waterpark will remain closed until further notice, and Nuska Beach will undergo its annual summer elevation program from 01 June until 15 September 2026. There may be some visual and noise impact during the enhancement period.
The Leisure Pool will remain open.

Other resort facilities will remain fully available, including Dhow & Anchor, Fika, La Parrilla, Jumeirah Circle (kids club), Talise Spa, and J Club.
